The Baker Creek Bistro is situated in an intimate casual mountain resort consisting of log chalets, lodge suites and a Heritage Executive Conference Center. The cozy bistro restaurant has wood burning fireplaces, antler chandeliers a dining room as well as a tiny lounge. Baker Creek is the perfect central location to explore mountain lakes, drive, hike, bike, snowshoe, cross-country ski, downhill ski or just relax surrounded by some of the most famous scenery in the world and our famous mountain cuisine.
Food is an integral part of the experience that Baker Creek Bistro provides for our guests. It is the sense of welcome, warmth and familiarity that creates a vibe that feels like “home”. This passion for food and how it is served and prepared is solidly rooted in the nostalgia of not only Alberta’s mountain kitchens, but in the many remote mountain kitchens of the world that represent, tradition, abundance, thoughtfulness and craftsmanship in a place where all are welcome.
